

Occhio di Terra Malvasia is a dry white wine, an authentic treasure chest of delicately unfolding aromas.
Here, Malvasia di Lipari is pure, protagonist and powerful. 100% Malvasia di Lipari grapes harvested in the first week of September, vinified in the presence of their skins in temperature-controlled tanks. The must-wine remains in contact with the skins for about 10 days.
Alcoholic fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation. The resulting wine remains on its fine lees for about six months. After decanting, it is decanted and, after a light filtration, bottled.
