De Carlo Tarallini with Coratina extra virgin olive oil and ancient Apulian grains.
De Carlo Organic Tarallini are fragrant organic Apulian tarallini, made with ancient grains grown in the fields surrounding the Alta Murgia Park. The extra-virgin olive oil used for the production of the tarallini is obtained from olives of the Coratina variety, pressed in the De Carlo oil mill.
Ingredients:
59% durum wheat remilled semolina, white wine, 16% extra virgin olive oil, salt. (Ingredients from organic farming). May contain traces of sesame, almonds, soya, milk and milk products.
No palm oil or preservatives, no yeast, no sulphites.
