Arshura 2017 Valter Mattoni

Valter Mattoni's Arshura is an intense ruby red colour in the glass and flows thickly. The nose reveals lots of ripe fruit, graphite, energetic thickness, carob, spices and vegetable notes. Attention! It must be well aerated to enjoy it fully. On the palate it is gutsy, uncompromisingly big and soft, playing on power, savoury, with dynamic tannins and a vibrant finish. It closes with balsamic returns. Tasty! Like a rock that never shifts, shapes itself over time and endures, Arshura fascinates with its veracity, it is never the same and is encountered with pleasure over time. A true masterpiece! To be enjoyed in company.

K'Un 2017 Clara Marcelli

Clara Marcelli's K'un is made from 100% Montepulciano grapes from vineyards situated at 250 metres above sea level on clayey soil. In the vineyard chemical products are banned and manual harvesting is carried out. In the cellar, fermentation takes place spontaneously in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers. The wine is aged for 18 months in barriques and 12 months in bottles. K'un presents itself in the glass with an intense purplish red colour. On the nose ripe black cherry, cocoa, earth, pepper, cloves and hints of wild herbs. A nose that disconcerts those who approach it, in search of almost unlimited scents. The taste is rich and concentrated, fresh and savoury, with perfectly integrated tannins. Rhythm and strength, for a great red wine to drink today or

Rosso Piceno Superiore 2017 Clara Marcelli

Rosso Piceno Superiore Clara Marcelli is made from a blend of mainly Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes from vineyards located at an altitude of about 280 metres on gentle hills that enjoy an excellent microclimate due to the proximity of the Adriatic Sea.

It is produced from grapes harvested by hand generally between the second half of September and the beginning of October, after careful ripening and selection.

The grapes are destemmed in the cellar and the must is fermented, using only indigenous yeasts, in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers. At the end of fermentation, the wine is drawn off, after which it is aged for several months in wooden barrels and in bottles before being sold.
