Suavia Soave Classico is a white wine that originates in the localities of Fittà and Tremenalto, which fall within the Classic zone of the Denomination.
The vines, grown according to the traditional Veronese pergola system, are rooted on basaltic soils of volcanic origin, dark and deep, characterised by a steep slope that in some places reaches almost 40%. After the harvest, the grapes are brought to the cellar, destemmed and softly crushed.
The result is a very pure flower must, which is sent for alcoholic fermentation in steel containers. Only a small part of the mass will also undergo malolactic fermentation.
The wine thus obtained then rests in steel for 5 months on the lees and, after a gentle filtration, is bottled.
