Brunello di Montalcino Pietroso is a Tuscan red wine that ranks among the top quality wines of the denomination.
The winery is a small producer of just under five hectares, where Sangiovese is the undisputed protagonist.
Just as in this bottle, whose vigorous sip accompanies a kaleidoscope of scents that finds perfect synthesis. The Brunello di Montalcino of the Pietroso winery is made from Sangiovese grapes grown in vineyards located at an altitude between 350 and 450 metres above sea level, on soil rich in skeleton.
After harvesting, fermentation takes place in steel, using indigenous yeasts and macerating on the skins for about 20 days at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged for 36 months in wooden barrels.
