Avignonesi's Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva Grandi Annate is made from Sangiovese grapes, and is the result of the spontaneous and separate vinification of 4 different vineyards, using indigenous yeasts and an 18-month period in French oak barrels, followed by a long period of refinement in the bottle, different for each vintage. It has a beautiful dark ruby colour, with dark reflections and a slightly orange hue. Very powerful nose, balsamic, truffle, undergrowth, wet earth, leather, dried flowers and cinchona.
