Heletto di Garbole is a red wine produced in Valpolicella from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, which are dried in fruit cellars for about 30 days and then vinified with long macerations.
Maturation takes place in large oak barrels and lasts at least 36 months, followed by a year in the bottle.
Heletto di Garboleis a wine with a perfect balance of intensity, structure, body and softness. It is rich in aromas of red fruit, cocoa, coffee, vanilla and light notes of mint, with a warm, soft sip and silky, enveloping tannin.
Endowed with great evolutionary potential, it can stay in the cellar for many, many years.
