Corpo Amarone Della Valpolicella DOCG Canoso 2012
Amarone della Valpolicella Corpo di Canoso is made from the following grapes: Corvinone 40%, Corvina 40%, Molinara 20%. Once harvest is over, the grapes are left to dry on racks for about 4 months. This entire operation and the long aging period in Slavonian oak barrels, before refining in the bottle for at least 1 year, allows the wine to develop its full potential of aromas and flavours, showing its complexity and nobility. Thanks to the long ageing in the cellar, it achieves an excellent balance of taste and smell that will enhance in the coming years.
