Sherry Cask Finish Don Papa is the youngest among  the famous  distillerie in the Philippines. The colour is  intense amber, with mahogany highlights. You can smell  sultanas, toasted wood and wine.  In your  mouth it is very pleasant, velvety, delicate, with notes of plum, chocolate and ripe figs. The wine mature  for four years in American oak barrels that previously contained Bourbon.  Later it gets through a further  aging process of eighteen months in various types of sherry casks;  each of them  gives the product particular flavours: Fino, Pedro Ximenez, Cream and Palo Cortado.  The following  mixing combines all these  aromas and gives life  the Don Papa Sherry Cask Finish; , light amber colour, unfiltered and with an alcohol volume of 45%. Velvet,  sultanas plum, cocoa and figs: all these aromas are present in all their sweetness.
