Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva Hatteso Garbole. Three-month drying of the grapes, in wood for 72 months and develops in the bottle for at least a year. Powerful, structured, strong and smooth, it develops great balance between these elements. Colour and depth awaken an echo in our body. Light enhances the form, gives luminosity and reflections that involve the observer. Concentration and purity of matter for nuances with infinite meanings. Fontodi Vigna del Sorbo Chianti Classico Gran Selezione 2011 DOCG

Fontodi's Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Vigna del Sorbo is the result of an accurate blend. 

Alongside 90% Sangiovese, the absolute protagonist of the Tuscan terroir, we also find 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, an international grape that has amply demonstrated its ability to achieve excellent levels of quality within the regional borders.

The grapes, cultivated on 40 year-old plants in vineyards facing south-west, are harvested and brought to the winemaking facilities, where they ferment spontaneously thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts in stainless steel containers, macerating at a controlled temperature for 3 weeks. The wine is then aged for 24 months in 50% new Troncais and Allier barriques. Exceptional!

'Luce' Luce della Vite - Frescobaldi 2019

"Luce' is the result of a skilful blending of two red grapes, the international Merlot and the most identifying of the Tuscan terroir: Sangiovese. The grapes are harvested between the first and last week of September.

The must ferments for 12 days in steel tanks at a temperature not exceeding 28 degrees, macerating on the skins for 4 weeks.

Malolactic fermentation then takes place in barriques. It is aged for 24 months in 85% new barriques.

The wine is a beautiful deep ruby colour. The nose is broad and layered, surrounded by floral and fruity notes, in which balsamic touches and sweet spices are discernible. In the mouth it is full-bodied, full-bodied and assertive, with a mouthfeel that enters the palate with lively freshness and firm tannins.
