Barolo Ornato Pio Cesare is the bottle in the company's range dedicated to enthusiasts who love the austere and profound character of the great Barolo wines of the Serralunga d'Alba area. It is a wine that can be drunk immediately, but improves if allowed to reach full expressive maturity after a few years of ageing in the cellar. It is ruby red in colour with garnet highlights. Elegant and complex, it expresses aromas of aromatic herbs, balsamic nuances, aromas of small red berries, underbrush, slightly spicy and mineral sensations. Structured and intense, it is characterised by a dense tannic texture and an austere and long sip, which stretches straight and severe towards a very persistent and fresh finish. A true champion of the denomination.

Like all the wines from the Le Potazzine winery, it is refined and elegantly recounts one of Italy's most renowned terroirs. It expresses itself elegantly on the nose: it is deep and broad, with romantic nuances of red fruit, accompanied by hints of aromatic herbs and spices. On tasting it reveals its noble character, its austere tannins capable of giving a sensation of very fine harmony and an immense materiality in communicating the splendid hillocks on which the "potazzine" fly gracefully. Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry Bandarossa 2021 Bortolomiol

Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Bandarossa is a tribute to the historic founder Giuliano Bortolomiol. Starting in the 1970s, he would draw an identifying symbol on his favourite Extra Dry wines with a red pencil, which he then reserved for his closest friends.

Hence the name Bandarossa, which since 1986 has become a national label and represents a selection of the most excellent Extra Dry wines produced by the winery.

Its success was remarkable, to the point of becoming one of the most appreciated and recognised bottles for its very high quality.

It is produced as a Millesimato from the best Glera grapes of the vintage, vinified according to the Martinotti method and dosed with the sugar level according to regulations.

Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Dry 2022 Bortolomiol

Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Dry Superiore di Cartizze Bortolomiol is made from pure Glera grapes from vineyards located on the Cartizze hill, within the municipality of Valdobbiadene.

Harvesting takes place during the second half of September, strictly by hand.  The traditional white vinification of the grapes precedes the "presa di spuma", which takes place according to the Martinotti method of re-fermentation inside autoclaves.

A rest on its lees for 30 to 90 days completes the course of this excellent Cartizze.
