Barolo Luigi Einaudi 2010 Cannubi

This Barolo comes from the Cannubi vineyard of the Einaudi Farm, facing south and south-east, and made  of grey-white marls of Sant'Agata, rich in sand. Vinification takes place in steel wine makers, with fermentation temperature between 30-32°C, then post-fermentation maceration,  racking after 22-25 days and finally  decanting with temperature control. Thirty months of maturation in oak barrels, then a long rest in the bottle to complete the refinement.

Fleshy and stimulating on the palate, with well-balanced tannins, elegant overall harmony and a lovely finish of rhubarb and citrus.
