Elegant and complex, it expresses aromas of aromatic herbs, balsamic nuances, aromas of small red berries, underbrush, slightly spicy and mineral sensations. Structured and intense, it is characterised by a dense tannic texture and an austere and long sip, which stretches straight and severe towards a very persistent and fresh finish. It can also be drunk young, but it has an immense capacity for ageing and can be drunk in 15 to 20 years.
