MARFUGA® "NOVELLO" Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the first oil of the year. It is obtained from olives harvested by hand in advance of the right degree of ripeness and is rigorously bottled unfiltered, maintaining all the other chemical and organoleptic properties unaltered.
The oil is distinguished by its intense green colour with herbaceous scents, and the taste has hints of artichoke with a slight bitterness and spiciness.
