This sparkling wine is made without added dosage, allowing the natural character of the grapes to be appreciated. The varieties used, predominantly Chardonnay with a small percentage of Pinot Noir, are cultivated using organic methods that respect the environment. The wine has a straw-yellow colour and fine, persistent perlage. The nose offers a complex bouquet of white flowers, notes of citrus fruits and slight hints of toasted bread. In the mouth it is extremely clean and fresh, with a marked minerality that leads to a long, incisive finish.
