Karmis Cuvée from the Contini winery is made from a skilful blend of Vernaccia grapes and 20% of the most typical Sardinian white berry cultivars. The vineyards are located in Sinis, and on the slopes of Monte Arci. In both cases, yields do not exceed eighty quintals per hectare.
The grapes are harvested early, in order to have a greater richness in acids: once brought to the cellar, they are softly pressed, and the must thus obtained is sent for fermentation in steel containers at low temperatures.
Once fermentation is complete, Karmis rests in vitrified cement containers with its own yeast skins, with frequent delestage, to increase the depth of aromas and structure.
Cabochon Doppiozero Brut Nature, born from a production of only 3000 bottles, for a label of extreme class. It presents itself to the glass with a slightly golden yellow colour with greenish reflections.

Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio Zero 2019 from Arcari and Danesi is a pure and sophisticated expression of the Brescia terroir. The cuvée I Frati, derives from a careful selection of grapes from various parcels that, once fermented in steel, and having carried out 80% malolactic fermentation, are then blended to give the final wine its characteristic identity, fresh and soft. it is aged for 6 months in steel with the presence of fine yeasts. Its journey ends with further ageing in the bottle for a further 6 months.
Toblino's Vènt extra brut is a Trento Doc that encapsulates all the vocation of its native territory for sparkling wine making. It brings to mind the mild climate of the Valle dei Laghi, characterised by the constant presence of wind, and combines winemaking experience with skilful winemaking practices. In this case, the wine stays on the lees for 36 months and the resulting wine is elegant and of great complexity: once tried, it is not to be forgotten. To the eye it is straw yellow, with golden reflections; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is pleasantly complex, with hints of ripe citron, orange peel and rennet apple, followed by notes of almonds and bread crust. The palate is elegant, balanced and long lasting.
