Hibiki Japanese Harmony, a truly apt name for this blended whisky that encompasses a fantastic and meticulous blend of the three Suntory distilleries: Hakushu the light and floral single malt, Yamazaki fruity and smooth and finally the Chita grain whisky.

The whiskies in Harmony are drawn from no less than five different casks, including American oak casks, European sherry casks and Mizunara oak casks.

Blended by the Suntory team led by Master Blender Shingo Torii, this blended whisky is elegant and incredibly balanced.

The Chita Single Grain whisky is produced by a historical name in the Japanese whisky scene. Suntory is a famous distillery near Kioto. Its location was chosen for similarity to the characteristics of the Scottish soil. The cool climate, the humidity and the presence of pure water springs constitute a unique value for a distillery. 

To these environmental characteristics, we must add the Japanese mastery in the art of distillation, which allows us to obtain Whiskies of particular finesse and expressive purity. These results are particularly appreciated by those who love the delicacy of the aromas, the soft, sweet and slightly aromatic flavours, in line with a traditional Japanese worldview marked by harmony.

This Hakushu is a Japanese single malt whisky from Suntory. The name Hakushu means 'white sandbank' and refers to the rich mineral deposits in the river on the island of Honshu that lead to the Suntory distillery.

 It is a blend of whiskies that have been aged for less than 10 years in Bourbon casks, old whiskies that have been aged for at least 18 years in American white oak casks and young whiskies that have been aged for about 12 years in Bourbon casks.

Shinji Fukuyo, fourth master distiller, selected the casks himself. This Hakushu is the first without age indication. 

Suntory Hibiki Japanese Harmony 100th Anniversary is an exclusive limited edition launched to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Suntory's founding. This Japanese whisky is a meticulously selected blend of malts and grains matured in different types of casks, including Mizunara casks and sherry casks, giving it a unique complexity and harmony of flavours. The nose opens with elegant notes of honey, candied fruit and light floral touches, followed by a palate that offers a balance of vanilla sweetness, chocolate and a hint of woody spices. The finish is long and persistent, with a trace of delicate smoke. This edition is presented in a bottle adorned with traditional Japanese art, making it a collector's piece for whisky admirers and art connoisseurs alike.
