Marfuga Umbria D.O.P. Colli Assisi-Spoleto Italian extra-virgin olive oil is  extracted from olives harvested by hand in the olive groves between Assisi and Spoleto, in the heart of Umbria, where the conditions are particularly suitable for the cultivation of olive trees.  Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio cultivars, thanks to the climate  and the calcareous substratum of the soil, produce a green, fruity and fragrant oil with an unmistakable clean olive flavour,  with dominant notes of artichoke and unripe almond.
