The Siro Pacenti winery was established in 1970, the year in which the first vineyards were planted and are still in production today. Currently owned and managed by Giancarlo Pacenti, the company is located in the northern area of Montalcino, and at the moment has about 22 hectares of vineyards, which contain only Sangiovese grapes, a variety that in Montalcino meets its highest expression in purity, in Brunello. Taking advantage of the best and most advanced technologies in the field of oenology, the Siro Pacenti winery can count on a modern wine cellar, where, however, tradition and acquired knowledge never take second place. The result is elegant, fragrant wines with a strong personality.
