Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio Zero 2019 from Arcari and Danesi is a pure and sophisticated expression of the Brescia terroir. This sparkling wine is made without added dosage, allowing the natural character of the grapes to be appreciated. The varieties used, predominantly Chardonnay with a small percentage of Pinot Noir, are cultivated using organic methods that respect the environment. The wine has a straw-yellow colour and fine, persistent perlage. The nose offers a complex bouquet of white flowers, notes of citrus fruits and slight hints of toasted bread.
