The Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Gli Angeli La Gerla 2007 comes from 25 year old vines located at 300 metres above sea level and trained on the spurred cordon system. Production is limited to very few bunches per vine (50 Qli/ha), the grapes are harvested by hand and the bunches are selected. Vinification takes place with soft pressing of the bunches, temperature control during fermentation (30°C), micro-oxygenation and maceration (15) days, 2 racking per year. It has a beautiful bright garnet red colour. On the nose, tertiary hints of wet earth, mushrooms and graphite are the intense prelude to the sweet succession of currants, jam and dried petals. Toblino's Vènt extra brut is a Trento Doc that encapsulates all the vocation of its native territory for sparkling wine making. It brings to mind the mild climate of the Valle dei Laghi, characterised by the constant presence of wind, and combines winemaking experience with skilful winemaking practices. In this case, the wine stays on the lees for 36 months and the resulting wine is elegant and of great complexity: once tried, it is not to be forgotten. To the eye it is straw yellow, with golden reflections; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is pleasantly complex, with hints of ripe citron, orange peel and rennet apple, followed by notes of almonds and bread crust. The palate is elegant, balanced and long lasting.

'Luce' Luce della Vite - Frescobaldi 2019

"Luce' is the result of a skilful blending of two red grapes, the international Merlot and the most identifying of the Tuscan terroir: Sangiovese. The grapes are harvested between the first and last week of September.

The must ferments for 12 days in steel tanks at a temperature not exceeding 28 degrees, macerating on the skins for 4 weeks.

Malolactic fermentation then takes place in barriques. It is aged for 24 months in 85% new barriques.

The wine is a beautiful deep ruby colour. The nose is broad and layered, surrounded by floral and fruity notes, in which balsamic touches and sweet spices are discernible. In the mouth it is full-bodied, full-bodied and assertive, with a mouthfeel that enters the palate with lively freshness and firm tannins.

It presents itself in the glass with its typical ruby red colour with garnet reflections and offers the nose with very pleasant hints of roses and berries, closing with notes of coffee. A wine that strikes straight to the heart.
