Avignonesi's Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva Grandi Annate is made from Sangiovese grapes, and is the result of the spontaneous and separate vinification of 4 different vineyards, using indigenous yeasts and an 18-month period in French oak barrels, followed by a long period of refinement in the bottle, different for each vintage. It has a beautiful dark ruby colour, with dark reflections and a slightly orange hue. Very powerful nose, balsamic, truffle, undergrowth, wet earth, leather, dried flowers and cinchona. It presents an articulated and complex bouquet, enriched by ripe berries, morello cherries and raspberry jam, then also by tertiary notes of leather, liquorice, spices and a touch of wood. From some of the best vineyards of the Pacenti estate comes the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Pelagrilli. It offers delicate nuances on the one hand and decisive and powerful characters on the other. It rests for two years in French oak barriques and is completed with a period of refinement in the bottle. It is a beautiful intense garnet red colour. Complex on the nose, with hints of ripe cherries, plums and sour cherries, which are enriched by precious tertiary tones, such as liquorice, tobacco and star anise. In the mouth, the tannins are well-chiselled and promise to sustain the wine for many years to come. The length is excellent and the finish is spicy and meaty.

Giacomo Fenocchio's Barolo Bussia Riserva has very long, natural maceration and fermentation using only indigenous yeasts. The result is a noble and demanding wine that is produced without forcing, following the time of the grape and its rules. 

The Riserva Bussia is produced at 300 metres above sea level, on soil rich in clayey, calcareous and iron-rich sediments, on vines over 30 years old. This is a Barolo Riserva that spends 3 years in large Slavonian oak barrels. 

In the glass it is a beautiful, intense garnet red and offers complex aromas of red fruit and a spicy, intense finish. 

It is elegant in nature, rich and velvety. It is a great wine, produced by a great producer.

The nose revolves around a fine core of ripe red fruit, cherry, morello cherry and plum, then enhanced by hints of nutmeg, bitter cocoa, tobacco and eucalyptus. The complexity of the nose is echoed on the palate, where tannins, freshness, body and warmth come together in a fine balance. Good length.
