Avignonesi's Vino Nobile di Montepulciano Riserva Grandi Annate is made from Sangiovese grapes, and is the result of the spontaneous and separate vinification of 4 different vineyards, using indigenous yeasts and an 18-month period in French oak barrels, followed by a long period of refinement in the bottle, different for each vintage. It has a beautiful dark ruby colour, with dark reflections and a slightly orange hue. Very powerful nose, balsamic, truffle, undergrowth, wet earth, leather, dried flowers and cinchona. The taste is straight and powerful, fruity and spicy, with a long persistence. A truly mouth-watering bottle
Arnaldo Caprai Sagrantino di Montefalco 25 Anni is the symbolic wine not only of a winery but of the whole appellation. Arnaldo Caprai's Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG 25 Anni showed all the potentialities of Montefalco and of Sagrantino. Powerful, rich, full, extroverted, characterized by a tannic texture of rare compactness, it is a red wine capable of a truly uncommon elegance. Left to mature for at least two years in small oak barrels, followed by a long aging in bottle, it is a unique red wine for its structure and longevity. Already today extraordinarily expressive, it will give emotions for many many years.
Domaine de Montille's 1er Cru Beaune Les Sizies is named after the 18th century owner of the Maison, Renaud de Sessie, a great entrepreneur of the time. Like any other area of Burgundy, the soil plays a fundamental role in defining the wine and here in Beaune the clayey soil gives us a Premier Cru of great pleasantness and balance.
It can also be drunk young, but it has an immense capacity for ageing and can be drunk in 15 to 20 years.
The 33 Vendemmie of Castellare di Castellina is a blend of three great wines produced by Castellare composed by 35% I Sodi di San Niccolò, 33% Poggio ai Merli, and 32% Coniale. I Sodi di San Nicolò, Poggio ai Merli and Coniale: the best of the company's production unites in a blend, to give origin to a sip of great character, in which consistency and power harmonize with refinement and elegance.
What we find in the glass is a red of great level, which is aligned with the high standards of all other labels branded Castellare di Castellina. It rests for two long years in French oak barriques, and is completed with 18 months of bottle ageing.
A wine not to be missed!
Avignonesi's Grifi combines the king of Tuscan grape varieties, Sangiovese, with the international Cabernet Sauvignon, to create an intriguing wine with a fine taste-olfactory balance.

It dresses the glass in a beautiful ruby red. The nose revolves around a fine core of ripe red fruit, cherry, morello cherry and plum, then enhanced by hints of nutmeg, bitter cocoa, tobacco and eucalyptus. The complexity of the nose is echoed on the palate, where tannins, freshness, body and warmth come together in a fine balance. Good length.
