Poderi dei Bricchi Astigiani is a wine produced in the area of Asti, Piedmont, Italy.
The characteristics that have made Ceretto Blangé so famous are due to the daring and artistic spirit of oenologist Donato Lanati who, in order to enhance its fullness and aromatic intensity, refined the technique of cryomaceration in the 1980s, i.e. the contact of the skins with the must for about 12 hours at a temperature of 5°C.
This technique favours maximum extraction of the aromas contained in the grapes while safeguarding the aromatic cleanliness and delicacy of the fruit. The aromas are very intense and varied: pear, apple, peach, citrus and lots of tropical fruit. The sip confirms the intensely fruity soul, combined with a balanced freshness and excellent persistence.
Moscato d'Asti Acquesi is a sweet and sparkling wine produced in the region of Piedmont, Italy. It is mainly made with white muscat grapes, which give the wine an intense and fruity aroma of peach, apricot and white flowers. It has a straw yellow color and a sweet and fresh taste, with a slight effervescence that makes it perfect as a dessert or aperitif wine. Moscato d'Asti Acquesi is very appreciated for its elegance and lightness, and is an ideal choice for those who love sweet and aromatic wines.
Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Dry Superiore di Cartizze Bortolomiol is made from pure Glera grapes from vineyards located on the Cartizze hill, within the municipality of Valdobbiadene.
Harvesting takes place during the second half of September, strictly by hand. The traditional white vinification of the grapes precedes the "presa di spuma", which takes place according to the Martinotti method of re-fermentation inside autoclaves.
A rest on its lees for 30 to 90 days completes the course of this excellent Cartizze.
Fontodi's Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Vigna del Sorbo is the result of an accurate blend.
Alongside 90% Sangiovese, the absolute protagonist of the Tuscan terroir, we also find 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, an international grape that has amply demonstrated its ability to achieve excellent levels of quality within the regional borders.
The grapes, cultivated on 40 year-old plants in vineyards facing south-west, are harvested and brought to the winemaking facilities, where they ferment spontaneously thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts in stainless steel containers, macerating at a controlled temperature for 3 weeks. The wine is then aged for 24 months in 50% new Troncais and Allier barriques. Exceptional!
La Cappuccina Basaltik Sauvignon 2022 is an excellent white wine produced in the Veneto area of Italy.
Chianti Classico Castelli di Ama is produced in vineyards located at an altitude between 390m and 520m a.s.l. It has a vivid ruby red colour.
Bouquet of flowers and ripe red berries with a captivating intensity.
On the palate it is spicy with notes of berries, concentrated, powerful and at the same time endowed with remarkable elegance improved over time.
Masciarelli's Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Villa Gemma is the winery's iconic wine. It is a tribute to the great Abruzzo grape variety and its rich and intense charm. It is a version that can offer enthusiasts a top bottle, capable of competing with the great reds of Italy.
In the goblet it is dark ruby red, almost impenetrable. On the nose it offers broad, rich and intense aromas, with scents of ripe red fruit, blackberries, plums, berry jam, hints of humus and undergrowth, aromatic herbs, liquorice root, bitter cocoa and dark chocolate.
The powerful and structured sip has an important tannic texture, well integrated with a dense and rich fruit, enhanced by elegant evolutionary notes. The finish is harmonious and very persistent.
Chianti Classico Castello di Ama is produced from vineyards located at altitudes between 390m and 520m above sea level. The 2006 is to be remembered as one of the best vintages of the last twenty years for the entire Chianti Classico territory.
Dark ruby with intriguing transparency at the edges. Intense bouquet with strong fruity and floral notes typical of Sangiovese (raspberries, berries, violets) well blended with earthy notes, juniper and resin.
The taste is elegant, deep with smooth tannins, excellent freshness and great drinkability. The fruity character emerges in the finish, well blended with pleasant spicy notes. The finish is very persistent.
Bolgheri Rosso Grattamacco is produced from the rows of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Sangiovese that embellish a vocated hill in the upper Maremma.
The vineyards are located in a natural cradle protected from the winds coming from the nearby sea, with an extension of 14 hectares on soils that alternate between silt, red sand and calcareous marl. The grapes are carefully selected through manual sorting and then transported to the winery. The must is vinified in truncated conical wooden vats, where fermentation takes place spontaneously.
It is only during refinement in barriques for about 10 months that the different varieties, which undergo malolactic fermentation separately, are blended to create what, after about a year and a half, will become Bolgheri Rosso.
Fineness, complexity, austerity, depth and elegance weave the fabric of this red wine, vocated by its origin to nobility. The ancient Francia vineyard covers 14 hectares, dominated by predominantly calcareous soil.
Harvesting is preceded by careful selection during the pruning phase, which allows only one bunch per shoot to be left. Once brought to the cellar, the grapes are pressed and the must obtained is subjected to long macerations that can last up to 30 days. The fermentation phase takes place in toast-free Austrian wood vats.
Maturation then begins, inside oak barrels, for a period of 48 months. A final stop in the bottle makes it ready for marketing.
