Toblino's Vènt extra brut is a Trento Doc that encapsulates all the vocation of its native territory for sparkling wine making. It brings to mind the mild climate of the Valle dei Laghi, characterised by the constant presence of wind, and combines winemaking experience with skilful winemaking practices. In this case, the wine stays on the lees for 36 months and the resulting wine is elegant and of great complexity: once tried, it is not to be forgotten. To the eye it is straw yellow, with golden reflections; fine and persistent perlage.
