Pieropan's Soave Classico Calvarino is obtained from the Calvarino vineyard, located in the heart of the Soave Classico zone, and is the oldest family estate, purchased in the early 1900s.
The name Calvarino derives from "little calvary", due to the difficulty of working the land and the tortuous path necessary to reach it. The most characteristic of Leonildo Pieropan's Soave wines comes from this splendid and complicated territory, with its marked varietal notes and distinctive freshness and minerality.

Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze Dry 2022 Bortolomiol
Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Dry Superiore di Cartizze Bortolomiol is made from pure Glera grapes from vineyards located on the Cartizze hill, within the municipality of Valdobbiadene.
Harvesting takes place during the second half of September, strictly by hand. The traditional white vinification of the grapes precedes the "presa di spuma", which takes place according to the Martinotti method of re-fermentation inside autoclaves.
A rest on its lees for 30 to 90 days completes the course of this excellent Cartizze.

Heletto 2015 Magnum Garbole
Heletto di Garbole is a red wine produced in Valpolicella from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, which are dried in fruit cellars for about 30 days and then vinified with long macerations.
Maturation takes place in large oak barrels and lasts at least 36 months, followed by a year in the bottle.
Heletto di Garboleis a wine with a perfect balance of intensity, structure, body and softness. It is rich in aromas of red fruit, cocoa, coffee, vanilla and light notes of mint, with a warm, soft sip and silky, enveloping tannin.
Endowed with great evolutionary potential, it can stay in the cellar for many, many years.
Cuvée De Réserve Premier Cru Brut Gaston Chiquet
This Cuvée De Réserve Premier Cru Brut Gaston Chiquet comes from a blend of different plots, vines and vintages. The vineyards with an average age of around 25 years are located in the communes of Hautvillers, Dizy and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, all classified as Premieur Cru.
Here, the presence of chalk and marine fossils ensures the soil the necessary solar heat, excellent water drainage, good humidity in summer and a large supply of minerals. Harvesting is done by hand, fermentation takes place in small, temperature-controlled vats, and the wine stays on the lees for about five years.

The Champagne Special Club Blanc de Noirs Moussé Fils comes from four different plots from the Cuisles vineyard in the Vallée des Marne.
Champagne that undergoes malolactic fermentation and matures for over 42 months on its lees.
Dosage is less than 3 g/L. The nose is an explosion of fragrances of dried fruit, apple, pear and breadfruit, flanked by fine notes of red fruits.
On the palate, it is a cuvée of majestic structure and incredible crispness and complexity, in harmony with a fresh and satisfying drink, which lingers on a pleasantly persistent finish.
Trento DOC Vent 2019 Extra Brut Cantina Toblino
Toblino's Vènt extra brut is a Trento Doc that encapsulates all the vocation of its native territory for sparkling wine making. It brings to mind the mild climate of the Valle dei Laghi, characterised by the constant presence of wind, and combines winemaking experience with skilful winemaking practices. In this case, the wine stays on the lees for 36 months and the resulting wine is elegant and of great complexity: once tried, it is not to be forgotten. To the eye it is straw yellow, with golden reflections; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is pleasantly complex, with hints of ripe citron, orange peel and rennet apple, followed by notes of almonds and bread crust. The palate is elegant, balanced and long lasting.
