Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio Zero 2019 from Arcari and Danesi is a pure and sophisticated expression of the Brescia terroir. This sparkling wine is made without added dosage, allowing the natural character of the grapes to be appreciated. The varieties used, predominantly Chardonnay with a small percentage of Pinot Noir, are cultivated using organic methods that respect the environment. The wine has a straw-yellow colour and fine, persistent perlage. The nose offers a complex bouquet of white flowers, notes of citrus fruits and slight hints of toasted bread. In the mouth it is extremely clean and fresh, with a marked minerality that leads to a long, incisive finish. What we find in the glass is a red of great level, which is aligned with the high standards of all other labels branded Castellare di Castellina. It rests for two long years in French oak barriques, and is completed with 18 months of bottle ageing.

Il Poggione Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Paganelli 2010
Il Poggione's Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Vigna Paganelli is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes. Il Poggione cultivates the grapes that give life to this label within the I Paganelli vineyard, planted in 1964.
Once the grapes have been selected during the harvesting phase, they are vinified in steel, with submerged caps for 20 days, fermenting in steel thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts, at a controlled temperature, also carrying out malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 48 months in 30 and 50 hectolitre French oak barrels and then, after bottling, for a long period directly in glass.

'Luce' Luce della Vite - Frescobaldi 2019
"Luce' is the result of a skilful blending of two red grapes, the international Merlot and the most identifying of the Tuscan terroir: Sangiovese. The grapes are harvested between the first and last week of September.
The must ferments for 12 days in steel tanks at a temperature not exceeding 28 degrees, macerating on the skins for 4 weeks.
Malolactic fermentation then takes place in barriques. It is aged for 24 months in 85% new barriques.
The wine is a beautiful deep ruby colour. The nose is broad and layered, surrounded by floral and fruity notes, in which balsamic touches and sweet spices are discernible. In the mouth it is full-bodied, full-bodied and assertive, with a mouthfeel that enters the palate with lively freshness and firm tannins.

Toblino's Vènt extra brut is a Trento Doc that encapsulates all the vocation of its native territory for sparkling wine making. It brings to mind the mild climate of the Valle dei Laghi, characterised by the constant presence of wind, and combines winemaking experience with skilful winemaking practices. In this case, the wine stays on the lees for 36 months and the resulting wine is elegant and of great complexity: once tried, it is not to be forgotten. To the eye it is straw yellow, with golden reflections; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is pleasantly complex, with hints of ripe citron, orange peel and rennet apple, followed by notes of almonds and bread crust. The palate is elegant, balanced and long lasting.
