Tenuta Pennita's Poggio al Monte extra virgin olive oil is a blend of Correggiolo, Nostrana and Ghiacciola. It is a limpid, yellow oil with green reflections. The nose is characterised by vegetal notes of tomato and artichoke. In the mouth the marked bitterness and spicy tone emerge. The correspondence of the olfactory sensations is very pleasant.
The Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Gli Angeli La Gerla 2007 comes from 25 year old vines located at 300 metres above sea level and trained on the spurred cordon system. Production is limited to very few bunches per vine (50 Qli/ha), the grapes are harvested by hand and the bunches are selected. Vinification takes place with soft pressing of the bunches, temperature control during fermentation (30°C), micro-oxygenation and maceration (15) days, 2 racking per year. It has a beautiful bright garnet red colour. On the nose, tertiary hints of wet earth, mushrooms and graphite are the intense prelude to the sweet succession of currants, jam and dried petals. The taste is balanced and elegant, savoury, warm, with a persistent finish in which very pleasant trails of mint and liquorice alterna

Alongside 90% Sangiovese, the absolute protagonist of the Tuscan terroir, we also find 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, an international grape that has amply demonstrated its ability to achieve excellent levels of quality within the regional borders.
The grapes, cultivated on 40 year-old plants in vineyards facing south-west, are harvested and brought to the winemaking facilities, where they ferment spontaneously thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts in stainless steel containers, macerating at a controlled temperature for 3 weeks. The wine is then aged for 24 months in 50% new Troncais and Allier barriques. Exceptional!
Montefalco Sagrantino Gold is the fruit of all the experience gained over the years by the Còlpetrone team. A wine in which the grape variety takes on completely original and unrepeatable organoleptic characteristics, a small masterpiece that encompasses the best of production in the vineyard and in the cellar, and is only produced in the best vintages.
Còlpetrone's Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG Gold is a rich, intense, elegant and structured Sagrantino. A reference for the entire denomination.

Il Poggione's Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Vigna Paganelli is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes. Il Poggione cultivates the grapes that give life to this label within the I Paganelli vineyard, planted in 1964.
Once the grapes have been selected during the harvesting phase, they are vinified in steel, with submerged caps for 20 days, fermenting in steel thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts, at a controlled temperature, also carrying out malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 48 months in 30 and 50 hectolitre French oak barrels and then, after bottling, for a long period directly in glass.
