Powerful, rich, full, extroverted, characterized by a tannic texture of rare compactness, it is a red wine capable of a truly uncommon elegance. Left to mature for at least two years in small oak barrels, followed by a long aging in bottle, it is a unique red wine for its structure and longevity. Already today extraordinarily expressive, it will give emotions for many many years.
The Friuli Isonzo Bianco DOC Flors di Uis di Vie di Romans is a stupendous and well-chosen blend of Malvasia, Riesling and Friulano, capable of delighting the palate and the mind: full, fragrant, juicy and tasty. Passion fruit, mango, floral notes, sweet spices, vanilla nuances: all the scents almost seem to come to life in the glass and reach the nose, literally satisfying it.
On tasting, the wine continues to be very expressive, with a predominance of the floral over the other flavours.
It is deep, vivid and structured.
Cabochon Doppiozero Brut Nature, born from a production of only 3000 bottles, for a label of extreme class. It presents itself to the glass with a slightly golden yellow colour with greenish reflections.
It seduces the nose with a broad bouquet marked by sweet floral hints of jasmine, chamomile and bergamot that blend well with fruity nuances of peach tobacco.
It makes its entrance on the palate with impetuousness and a decisive crispness, a persistent sip with a citrusy-floe-like return.
Domaine de Montille's 1er Cru Beaune Les Sizies is named after the 18th century owner of the Maison, Renaud de Sessie, a great entrepreneur of the time. Like any other area of Burgundy, the soil plays a fundamental role in defining the wine and here in Beaune the clayey soil gives us a Premier Cru of great pleasantness and balance.
It can also be drunk young, but it has an immense capacity for ageing and can be drunk in 15 to 20 years.
