Arnaldo Caprai's Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG 25 Anni showed all the potentialities of Montefalco and of Sagrantino. Powerful, rich, full, extroverted, characterized by a tannic texture of rare compactness, it is a red wine capable of a truly uncommon elegance. Left to mature for at least two years in small oak barrels, followed by a long aging in bottle, it is a unique red wine for its structure and longevity. Already today extraordinarily expressive, it will give emotions for many many years.
The Friuli Isonzo Bianco DOC Flors di Uis di Vie di Romans is a stupendous and well-chosen blend of Malvasia, Riesling and Friulano, capable of delighting the palate and the mind: full, fragrant, juicy and tasty. Passion fruit, mango, floral notes, sweet spices, vanilla nuances: all the scents almost seem to come to life in the glass and reach the nose, literally satisfying it.
On tasting, the wine continues to be very expressive, with a predominance of the floral over the other flavours.
It is deep, vivid and structured.
Giacomo Fenocchio's Barolo Bussia Riserva has very long, natural maceration and fermentation using only indigenous yeasts. The result is a noble and demanding wine that is produced without forcing, following the time of the grape and its rules.
The Riserva Bussia is produced at 300 metres above sea level, on soil rich in clayey, calcareous and iron-rich sediments, on vines over 30 years old. This is a Barolo Riserva that spends 3 years in large Slavonian oak barrels.
In the glass it is a beautiful, intense garnet red and offers complex aromas of red fruit and a spicy, intense finish.
It is elegant in nature, rich and velvety. It is a great wine, produced by a great producer.

The 33 Vendemmie of Castellare di Castellina is a blend of three great wines produced by Castellare composed by 35% I Sodi di San Niccolò, 33% Poggio ai Merli, and 32% Coniale. I Sodi di San Nicolò, Poggio ai Merli and Coniale: the best of the company's production unites in a blend, to give origin to a sip of great character, in which consistency and power harmonize with refinement and elegance.
What we find in the glass is a red of great level, which is aligned with the high standards of all other labels branded Castellare di Castellina. It rests for two long years in French oak barriques, and is completed with 18 months of bottle ageing.
