Barolo Bussia Riserva 2010 Giacomo Fenocchio
Giacomo Fenocchio's Barolo Bussia Riserva has very long, natural maceration and fermentation using only indigenous yeasts. The result is a noble and demanding wine that is produced without forcing, following the time of the grape and its rules.
The Riserva Bussia is produced at 300 metres above sea level, on soil rich in clayey, calcareous and iron-rich sediments, on vines over 30 years old. This is a Barolo Riserva that spends 3 years in large Slavonian oak barrels.
In the glass it is a beautiful, intense garnet red and offers complex aromas of red fruit and a spicy, intense finish.
It is elegant in nature, rich and velvety. It is a great wine, produced by a great producer.
Absolutely worth trying.

Blangé Langhe Arneis 2021 Ceretto
The characteristics that have made Ceretto Blangé so famous are due to the daring and artistic spirit of oenologist Donato Lanati who, in order to enhance its fullness and aromatic intensity, refined the technique of cryomaceration in the 1980s, i.e. the contact of the skins with the must for about 12 hours at a temperature of 5°C.
This technique favours maximum extraction of the aromas contained in the grapes while safeguarding the aromatic cleanliness and delicacy of the fruit. The aromas are very intense and varied: pear, apple, peach, citrus and lots of tropical fruit. The sip confirms the intensely fruity soul, combined with a balanced freshness and excellent persistence.

Barolo DOCG "Francia" Giacomo Conterno 2018
Fineness, complexity, austerity, depth and elegance weave the fabric of this red wine, vocated by its origin to nobility. The ancient Francia vineyard covers 14 hectares, dominated by predominantly calcareous soil.
Harvesting is preceded by careful selection during the pruning phase, which allows only one bunch per shoot to be left. Once brought to the cellar, the grapes are pressed and the must obtained is subjected to long macerations that can last up to 30 days. The fermentation phase takes place in toast-free Austrian wood vats.
Maturation then begins, inside oak barrels, for a period of 48 months. A final stop in the bottle makes it ready for marketing.
