This Cuvée De Réserve Premier Cru Brut Gaston Chiquet comes from a blend of different plots, vines and vintages. The vineyards with an average age of around 25 years are located in the communes of Hautvillers, Dizy and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, all classified as Premieur Cru.
Here, the presence of chalk and marine fossils ensures the soil the necessary solar heat, excellent water drainage, good humidity in summer and a large supply of minerals. Harvesting is done by hand, fermentation takes place in small, temperature-controlled vats, and the wine stays on the lees for about five years.
A champagne of great balance and pleasantness.
The Champagne Special Club Blanc de Noirs Moussé Fils comes from four different plots from the Cuisles vineyard in the Vallée des Marne.
Champagne that undergoes malolactic fermentation and matures for over 42 months on its lees.
Dosage is less than 3 g/L. The nose is an explosion of fragrances of dried fruit, apple, pear and breadfruit, flanked by fine notes of red fruits.
On the palate, it is a cuvée of majestic structure and incredible crispness and complexity, in harmony with a fresh and satisfying drink, which lingers on a pleasantly persistent finish.
Toblino's Vènt extra brut is a Trento Doc that encapsulates all the vocation of its native territory for sparkling wine making. It brings to mind the mild climate of the Valle dei Laghi, characterised by the constant presence of wind, and combines winemaking experience with skilful winemaking practices. In this case, the wine stays on the lees for 36 months and the resulting wine is elegant and of great complexity: once tried, it is not to be forgotten. To the eye it is straw yellow, with golden reflections; fine and persistent perlage. The nose is pleasantly complex, with hints of ripe citron, orange peel and rennet apple, followed by notes of almonds and bread crust. The palate is elegant, balanced and long lasting.
