Cabochon Doppiozero Brut Nature, born from a production of only 3000 bottles, for a label of extreme class. It presents itself to the glass with a slightly golden yellow colour with greenish reflections.
It seduces the nose with a broad bouquet marked by sweet floral hints of jasmine, chamomile and bergamot that blend well with fruity nuances of peach tobacco.
It makes its entrance on the palate with impetuousness and a decisive crispness, a persistent sip with a citrusy-floe-like return.

Masciarelli's Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Villa Gemma is the winery's iconic wine. It is a tribute to the great Abruzzo grape variety and its rich and intense charm. It is a version that can offer enthusiasts a high-level bottle, capable of competing with the great reds of Italy. In the glass, it is dark ruby red in colour, almost impenetrable. On the nose it offers broad, rich and intense aromas, with scents of ripe red fruit, blackberry, plum, berry jam, hints of humus and undergrowth, aromas of herbs, liquorice root, bitter cocoa and dark chocolate. The taste is powerful and structured, with an important tannic texture, well integrated with a dense and rich fruit, enhanced by elegant evolutionary notes. The finish is harmonious and very persistent.

Lugana Ca' dei Frati derives from a terroir that sees vines up to 40 years old, planted in the lower Garda area, on calcareous and clayey soils caressed by an ideal microclimate.
The cuvée I Frati, derives from a careful selection of grapes from various parcels that, once fermented in steel, and having carried out 80% malolactic fermentation, are then blended to give the final wine its characteristic identity, fresh and soft. it is aged for 6 months in steel with the presence of fine yeasts. Its journey ends with further ageing in the bottle for a further 6 months.

Cuvée De Réserve Premier Cru Brut Gaston Chiquet
This Cuvée De Réserve Premier Cru Brut Gaston Chiquet comes from a blend of different plots, vines and vintages. The vineyards with an average age of around 25 years are located in the communes of Hautvillers, Dizy and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, all classified as Premieur Cru.
Here, the presence of chalk and marine fossils ensures the soil the necessary solar heat, excellent water drainage, good humidity in summer and a large supply of minerals. Harvesting is done by hand, fermentation takes place in small, temperature-controlled vats, and the wine stays on the lees for about five years.

Champagne Special Club Blanc de Noirs Moussé Fils
The Champagne Special Club Blanc de Noirs Moussé Fils comes from four different plots from the Cuisles vineyard in the Vallée des Marne.
Champagne that undergoes malolactic fermentation and matures for over 42 months on its lees.
Dosage is less than 3 g/L. The nose is an explosion of fragrances of dried fruit, apple, pear and breadfruit, flanked by fine notes of red fruits.
On the palate, it is a cuvée of majestic structure and incredible crispness and complexity, in harmony with a fresh and satisfying drink, which lingers on a pleasantly persistent finish.
Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Emidio Pepe 2018
Pepe Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is produced with pure grapes of the homonymous variety, coming from 30 years old vines standing on clayey and medium texture soil. In the vineyard are scrupulously followed the dictates of organic farming integrating them with some biodynamic practices, although the idea of grapes and healthy soil was already rooted in Emidio's mentality.
In the winery, manual destemming of the grapes and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in vitrified cement tanks followed by bottling and decanting by hand without filtration. The liquid ages 24 months in cement tanks.
