Franciacorta DOCG Dosaggio Zero 2019 from Arcari and Danesi is a pure and sophisticated expression of the Brescia terroir. This sparkling wine is made without added dosage, allowing the natural character of the grapes to be appreciated. The varieties used, predominantly Chardonnay with a small percentage of Pinot Noir, are cultivated using organic methods that respect the environment. The wine has a straw-yellow colour and fine, persistent perlage. The nose offers a complex bouquet of white flowers, notes of citrus fruits and slight hints of toasted bread. In the mouth it is extremely clean and fresh, with a marked minerality that leads to a long, incisive finish. This Franciacorta is ideal to accompany fish dishes or as an aperitif, offering an elegant and refined taste experience.

Karmis Cuvée magnum 2022
Karmis Cuvée from Contini winery is the result of a skilful blend of Vernaccia grapes and 20% of the most typical Sardinian white berried cultivars. The vineyards are located in Sinis, and on the slopes of Monte Arci. In both cases the yields do not exceed eighty quintals per hectare.
The grapes are harvested early, to have a greater richness in acids: once brought to the cellar, they are softly pressed, and the flower must obtained is started in fermentation in steel containers at low temperatures.
After fermentation, Karmis stops in vitrified cement containers with the peel of its yeasts, with frequent delestage, to increase the depth of the aromas and the structure.

Its journey ends with further ageing in the bottle for a further 6 months.

Pepe Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is produced with pure grapes of the homonymous variety, coming from 30 years old vines standing on clayey and medium texture soil. In the vineyard are scrupulously followed the dictates of organic farming integrating them with some biodynamic practices, although the idea of grapes and healthy soil was already rooted in Emidio's mentality.
In the winery, manual destemming of the grapes and spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in vitrified cement tanks followed by bottling and decanting by hand without filtration. The liquid ages 24 months in cement tanks.
