

Clara Marcelli's Pecorino Irata is a wine from the Marche region that stands out for the way it combines rich fruit and flavour, a vivid example of territorial liquid. The white Irata is made from pure Pecorino grapes grown on vines located at an altitude of 250 metres on clayey soil.
In the vineyard, the dictates of organic farming are followed and the grapes are harvested by hand; in the cellar, the process proceeds in the same way with spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel containers and ageing for 10 months in steel, cement and Marc Grenier's stock vats.
