Everything is done with respect for nature, in a slow and careful process to preserve plants and fruit.

It has a balanced flavour, slightly bitter with spicy notes, decisive and persistent, rich in vegetable tones of artichoke and green almond.
It has received numerous prizes and awards, including the Flos Olei 2022 (Really Excellent 99/100).
